The white wine is a blend of chardonnay and ribolla gialla – our traditional variety. The wine has a light straw color. The aroma is fresh and fruity, reminiscent of citrus and peach. The mouthfeel is pleasant, silky and medium bodied. It is ideal with various appetizers, pasta, risotto, white meat and fish dishes.

Our red blend is a cabernet - merlot. It has a deep red ruby color with violet nuances. The aroma is reminiscent of frutti di bosco. The wine is medium bodied, harmonic, with a fresh and harmonic taste. Cabernet merlot is a good accompaniment to a vast variety of meet dishes and mature cheeses.
